2. Troubleshooting and Servicing Alfen Charging Equipment eLearning
These set of eLearning modules for more or less experienced field service engineers who need to maintain Alfen chargers, covers troubleshooting with our configuration tool, detect and interpret error codes, recognize & solve installation errors, providing solutions to common errors, including smart charging and back office connectivity, understanding the logging and how to recognize hardware defects and to replace faulty components.
It consist of the following modules:
