Reward Specialist

What will you do?
In this diverse role, you will be the expert in reward management, reporting, and HR compliance. You will combine your strategic insights with a hands-on approach to tackle both national and international HR challenges. Your responsibilities include:
Reward Policy & Job Management

Developing and implementing reward policies aligned with national and international regulations.

Managing and optimizing the job framework and job evaluation systems.

Analyzing market data and coordinating compensation benchmarks.
Reporting & Analysis

Preparing HR-related reports to support strategic decision-making.

Reporting in accordance with CSRD guidelines and ensuring HR compliance.

Identifying trends and developments based on HR data and KPIs.
International Mobility & Regulations
-
Advising on international mobility, including IND/HSM processes.

Ensuring compliance with labor law, leave policies, and pension regulations.

Managing and updating the employee handbook.

Experience with payroll and implementing compensation & benefits policies is a plus.
HR Systems & Process Optimization

Implementing and managing HR systems like HRIS, ATS, and Performance Management.

Leading projects on process optimization and system implementation.
What do we ask of you?

A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

At least 6 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.

In-depth knowledge of compensation & benefits, (international) reward practices, and HR compliance.

Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.

A gross annual salary between €70,000 and €90,000 (including vacation pay and bonus, based on 40 hours per week).
